3 Handstand Pushups

7 box jumps

Rest 1 min

Round 3:

20 star situps

Then AMRAP for the remainder of the 3 min:

10 “jump rope” Overhead Squats

Score total reps per round excluding situps.  “jump rope” Overhead squat is an overhead squat using the jump rope as the bar.
