Just caught the end of Sarah's outstanding 162 max double under performance, another one setting the bar nice and high.

Workout:

Max Double Under.

Then Kettlebell/burpee ladder AMRAP:

In 6 minutes climb as high  in the lader as you can

Kettlebell swings 3

Burpees 3

Kettlebell  6

Burpee 6

Kettlebell 6

Kettlebell  +3

Burpee +3

Keep adding 3 reps to the previous set until you run out of time.

Then:

Add up total # each of Kettlebell reps and burpees

Complete that # of reps of each for time

Break up rep sets any way you want
