With a partner, alternate each doing 5,4,3,2,1 reps of seated DB shoulder press (25/35). Then, pass a med-ball to each other for two hundred meters.  Keep track of the number of passes, dropped balls count as a rep. Lastly, divide the number of passes completed to travel 200m by two and each partner complete that many lunge-DB Burpee power cleans, concurrently.
