Man In Black Mr. Beast goes for a PR on a max double under attempt. Props to him, he got it by one double under, increasing his PR from 250 to 251. Here's the video of that effort, about 10 or so double unders into it. Also cool to note he went about 2 1/2 minutes straight! Workout:

600-400-200-400-600 meter runs

-after each run complete 1 Power Snatch and 10 OHS
