Here's a little 1-arm Snatch and Farmer Carry action from the 9am.

If you haven't seen it, and you're someone who has done an overhead squat and a jerk, these two videos may be pretty amazing to you. Here's Chinese weightlifter Su Daji's Clean and Jerk. And here's American lifter Kendrick Farris's Clean and Jerk. Workout:

Turkish Getups

Start with 5 on each side

Increase wt

4 on each side

Increase wt

3 on each side

Increase wt

2 on each side

Increase wt 1 on each side.

THEN, for time:

Farmer walk 20 meters (heavy)

One Arm Dumbbell Snatch 5 x each arm

Farmer walk 20 meters

One Arm Dumbbell Snatch 5 x each arm

Famer walk 20 meters

One arm Dumbbell snatch 5 x each arm

Leave Dumbbells there

RUN 800m

Repeat above Backwards (starting with snatches)
