The Greco Race!Workout:

Split the class into two teams. Three rounds for time: Each person on each team completes the duplex of 1 rope climb and 8 hip extensions three times. Then, 10 reps of shoulder press (65/95), unbroken.  Finish the reps with push press if you can't complete all ten shoulder press reps unbroken. Finally, each team has a prowler sled (90#s) that they will push around a short (30m circumference) oval track a minimum of two laps per person.  Additionally, each push press rep completed earlier will count as a penalty lap around the track.
