Slow Sunday

A challenging approach, slow it down.Workout:

Seven rounds: 1 10-second pull up (5 seconds up and 5 seconds down) 1 10-second push up (5 seconds up and 5 seconds down) 10 weighted box step-ups (25# plate gripped in each hand) 10 shoulder to overhead (55/75) 5 gassers. After seven rounds, rest one minute, then complete max reps of dead hang pull ups, rest another minute, then complete max reps of push ups.
