Grinder

A little Press and Pull fun. FirstOutOfWaterFirst out of the water, performance with a smile. Today was a grinder. It's hard to imagine and impossible to describe exerting that kind of energy for 2 plus hours, physically but even more so mentally. And then have to within an hour or so psyche back up for an obstacle course sprint. These truly are the fittest people on the planet.
