The Chef

Cooking up a good one.

Workout:

"The Chef" Five Rounds:
Each round is three minutes with one minute of rest in between
Max rounds in three minutes of:
3 thrusters (65/95)
6 KBSs (35/53)
9 weighted sit ups (10/15)
Cookie jump rope challenge:
Max reps of double-unders in one minute with a piece of rope.  If you trip up, change to a plastic, macaroni rope, then if you trip again, change to a regular jump rope.  Three points for each rep with the rope, two points for each rep with the plastic rope, and one point for each rep with of the regular rope.
