Nice Little 20 Minuter

10am works hard through the 20 minute AMRAP.

***Attention*** There will be NO 6pm class Friday (just 4 and 5pm) and NO 8am class Sunday (just 9am).

Workout:

20 Minute AMRAP:

1 ring push up

2 front squat (83/115#)

3 Russian KBS - heavy

-each round increase the reps of each exercise by 1.

-at minutes 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 run 200m.  Resume where you left off after the run.
