Sweet Spot

Kim pulls the bar back into that sweet spot very nicely in these couple hang power snatches. All of those interested in competing in the American Masters Weightlifting Championships in Pasadena this November, Eva will be holding an informational meeting at Cafe Cruz on the 27th of August at 6pm.  There is no qualifying meet needed to compete. Workout:

2 snatches on the minute for 20 minutes:

Minutes 0 – 2:  2 muscle Snatches

3 – 8:  2 Hang Power Snatches

9 – 13:  2 Power Snatches

14 – 19: 2 Snatches

Add weight every two rounds
