The class is split into two teams, then further split into pairs.  The pairs of Team A row 400 meters, 200 meters each, consecutively.  While Team A is rowing, the Team B pairs will be at one of three stations: ring rows and pull ups, dips and push ups, or a back squat (105/155) station, where they will complete as many reps of the movements as possible during the time it takes all of Team A to complete the row. Then, both teams rest one minute before Team B rows 400 meters and the Team A pairs rotate to one of the three stations.  This continues until each pair has rowed six times and completed an AMRAP at each of the three stations twice.
