C is for Cookie

Constantly varied SundaysWorkout:

Six rounds - two minutes of work, one minute of rest each round:
Each round has a kettlebell complex buy-in, which includes: 10 sumo dead lift high pulls, 10 rotations clockwise around your body, 10 rotations counterclockwise, and 10 Russian kettlebell swings.  The remainder of the two minutes of each round is used to complete as many reps as possible of Burpee broad jumps (3 ft. Jump) in rounds 1,3, and 5 and double-unders in rounds 2, 4, and 6.
Cookie:  30 reps of med-ball (10#) sit ups.  Should be done as a sprint with your partner feeding you the ball.
