Clean, jerk, and then some.Workout:

Clean and Jerk 4-6 sets of 3 @ 80-90% of your 1RM with 90 seconds of rest between sets 

or Clean and Jerk 4 singles @ 90+% of your 1RM with 90 seconds of rest between reps
then....
For time:
60 Thrusters (95#/65#)
6 Rope Climbs
5 Burpees at minutes 0,2,4, & 6
8 minute cap.
Add one second for every thruster not completed and 5 seconds for every rope climb not completed to the 8 minute time cap
