Saturday Morning At Central

Got out of the gym today with a little Saturday morning run, row and prowler fun.Workout:

Partner Workout:

1.)  2k row for time - 200 meters at a time

2.)  Prowler suicide - 15 and 30 meter turn arounds.  3 trips per team member, 6 total.

3.) Run/Row Relay for time, one person working at a time.
