Give It What You Got

Complete 40 front squats (65/95),  50 push ups, and 60 KBSs.  Reps can be completed of one movement per round, unbroken, starting with front squats.  Once an effort is broken they have to row or run before attempting reps of the next movement.  The first row or run is 100 meters with each subsequent row or run increased by 100 meters.   

Example:  20 front squats, bar dropped, row 100m.  30 push-ups, row 200 m.  45 KBSs, row 300 m. 20 front squats, row 400 m, etc... until all reps completed.
