Sun's Out, Guns Out

Another gorgeous day in Santa Cruz and another creative workout from the Beast.

Workout:

Split the class into two teams. 20 minute AMRAP of: 5 clean/thrusters (65/95), 7 ring-rows, 9 med-ball sit-ups (14#), and one prowler push. Each team has one prowler and the score is the total number of prowler pushes per team. The prowler starts off unloaded for the first five minutes, then 50 pounds is added every five minutes. Teammates may help each other with the prowler as it gets heavier.
