The 9am-er's knock out some overhead squats right after the 8am peeps finish their 10 minute interval. Solid work all around all day. Great to see Mr. Agnello with some weight over his head as well, nice work!Workout:

Overhead Squat -15 minutes - Work up to a heavy set of 3 or 3RM.  

If time left over, do a couple max effort sets with a 20% back off.
