Workout:

In teams of two, one partner will complete one round of the movements listed below while the other partner does the corresponding static hold.  After one round they alternate positions, completing as many rounds as they can in 1:30, and then resting for 30 seconds.  After the rest they start at the next station, repeating the pattern until they have gone through all four stations three times.  Score is total rounds completed.
