A little light barbell team action for the Sunday workout. Workout:
Teams of four complete 120 reps of the following:
Russian kettlebell swings (35/53);
Shoulder press (33/45);
Overhead lunge (33/45);
Front squats (33/45);
Push press (33/45);
Russian kettlebell swings.
Only one team member can complete a rep at a one time, then the next player does one, rotating around the group until all reps are completed. Every 10 reps, one member of the team sprints to the Ivy and back (75 yards). The rest of the team continues to complete reps as team members run every 10 reps.
