then,
For time:
75 Wall Ball (14/20#)
75 KBS (35/53#)
- every time you rest on the wall ball, complete 7 KBS before you start again at wall ball. Same for the KBS, every time you rest there you have to complete 7 Wall ball before you can start back at the kettlebell.
