Crossfit Is For Anyone Not Everyone?

Tony and Mindy work through their set of 10 front squat, showing us that Crossfit is for anyone.

Workout:

Front Squat 3 x 10 (70-75% 1RM)

then,

For time:

75 Wall Ball (14/20#)

75 KBS (35/53#)

- every time you rest on the wall ball, complete 7 KBS before you start again at wall ball.  Same for the KBS, every time you rest there you have to complete 7 Wall ball before you can start back at the kettlebell.
