Hips Again

Part of the focus today was handstand push ups and working on the kip for that movement. There are many techniques with the kipping handstand push up. The most effective way we've seen to do them is demonstrated beautifully by Steph Luck here. You want to generate power through the hip by letting your knees come down all the way or close to your chest and then like so many movements in Crossfit, extend the hips explosively.
