Heels and Patience

photo-1527Some of the morning crew with our most recent visitor Elliot from Wales.If someone jumps too soon, you'll see their heels off the ground when the bar meets the hip or before. Ideally the bar will reach the crease of the hip flat-footed, as Elliot shows nicely here. This can also been interpreted as patience, doesn't he look patient in his movement? Workout:
