Chelsea shows a position that is allowing her posterior chain to be primarily recruited while also establishing the bar over the center of her foot for the lift. Does this position remind anyone of another lift we do? I'll give you a hint, your thumbs are in a funky spot. Workout:
Weighted Barbell (back rack) Step up 3 x 12
Double Under 50-40-30-20-10
Waiter Walk (25/45#) 50 meters-50-50-50-50
In/Out (burpee without the push up) 10-12-14-16-18
DB Push Press (25/35#) 10-10-10-10-10
Toe to Bar 15-15-15-15-15
- Start workout at 50 double unders, continue to 50m waiter walk, down to 10 in/out and so on until you complete the entire workout at the last set of tow to bar.
