New Cycle

Sunday Funday.We start a new cycle tomorrow! Main ingredients posted under "schedule." Workout:

Round 1 - 30 seconds of work, 60 seconds rest, twice of each of the following movements before moving on to the next one:
Row for calories, reps of jump rope (singles- heavy rope), reps of gassers, reps of jumping weighted squats (14/20# med-balls), and reps of passthroughs.
1 minute of rest, then
Round 2 - 20 seconds of work, 40 seconds rest, two times of each of the above movements.
1 minute of rest,
Round 3 - 10 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest, two times of each of the above movements.
 
Example: row for 30 seconds, rest for 60 seconds, row for 30 seconds, rest for 60 seconds, then jump rope for 30 seconds, rest for 60 seconds, etc...
