1st round: every minute on the minute for 5 minutes - AMRAP 5 push ups, 10 squats, then you must complete one shoulder press before the end of each minute.  You choose the weight, which stays the same for all five minutes. 
2nd round: tabata row calories
3rd round: every minute on the minute for 5 minutes - AMRAP 5 KBSs, 10 lunges (weighted?) then you must complete one push press before the end of each minute.  You choose the weight, which stays the same for all five minutes. 
4th round: tabata med-ball sit ups.
One or two minutes rest between rounds to get set
Score would be 1) combined weight of shoulder press and push press 2) combined rounds of AMRAPs completed, and 3) combined low score for tabatas.
