This is Tony at 135# before he went up to PR at 190#. Tony mentioned that staying focused through the entire lift really helped him to PR. There is a lot in that statement, it's something that is very hard to do. Sometimes heavy lifts feel like they take forever and there's all kinds of opportunities to lose focus and even give in.
