Variation

Constantly varied is one of the three foundational concepts of Crossfit methodology. The variance is endless. Even just looking at Olympic Lifting alone, there are seemingly infinite combinations and variations of just those three lifts. Take the Snatch for example. Annie has recently been working on getting her knees back and out of the way of the bar as it comes off the ground. The Snatch with a pause below the knee is a variation that has been helping her with that. Workout:
