Workout:

15 minute running clock: With a partner complete 60 back squats (95/145), 120 push ups, and a 2K row. Each team of two gets one rower and one rack. The reps and distance can be broken up however the team chooses. After completing all the reps, complete as many 60 meter sprints (running) as possible in the remainder of the 15 minutes. The score is the number of sprints completed. Rest 5 minutes 1000 meter row. One partner rows while the other completes 20 Ab-mat sit ups, then switch, until the 1000 meters is complete.
