3 x 10 DB Front Rack Lunge 3 x 10 Weighted Push Up -work up to a heavy set of ten in both exercises

3 Rounds: 5 Burpee Box Jump (20/24in) - 10 Chest to Bar Pull Up > 2 minute rest 3 Rounds: 10 Chest to Bar Pull Up - 15 Calorie Row > 2 minute rest 3 Rounds: 5 Burpee Box Jump - 15 Calorie Row > TIME!
