Just kidding. Thought the title might grab some peoples attention. The debate between high bar and low bar rages on in the training world, and it seems to always be about which one is better? The reason the debate still goes on after years of discussion/argument is because there is no answer. Another way to look at it is that both sides are right (or wrong, depending how you see your glass of grass-fed milk).
