Workouts where you get to move around the gym always seem to be a bit more fun and not quite as painful. Maybe it's the constant change of scenery? As always, Beast sets up a workout that blends hard work, with something fun and different.
Workout: For time. 10,8,6,4,2,1,3,5,7,9 reps of: Med-ball cleans (20/30) KBSs (53/70) 1-arm hang power snatch (25/35# DB). In between med-ball cleans and HPS, and between KBSs and med-ball cleans, complete 6 lunges. Complete a lateral jump traverse (5 yards) in between the HPS and KBSs.
