Workout:

Six rounds with a partner of: Rounds 1,3, and 5 - While one partner rows 300 meters (100 without legs, 200 regular) the other completes as many rounds as possible of hang power clean (65/95) and GHD sit-ups.  HPCs are done until the 100 m row is completed, then sit-ups for the last 200.  Partners then switch rolls.  There is a one minute rest/transition between each change. Rounds 2, 4, and 6 - Same as above except the movements are push ups and KBSs. Score is total reps completed.
