15 DB Deadlift (1/2 BW) 200 meter DB farmer carry 9 burpee 15 DB Deadlift 150 meter DB farmer carry > 50 meter run 9 burpee 15 DB Deadlift 100 meter DB farmer carry > 100 meter run 9 burpee 15 DB Deadlift 50 meter DB farmer carry > 150 meter run 9 burpee
