Sumo Style

Chris, who was visiting from Mystic, CT today, pulled an easy 429 Sumo Style.
Many of us don’t feel nearly as comfortable deadlifting in the sumo position while others can pull much better that way. I have a theory on why that might be… anyone else?
And it doesn’t have anything to do with familiarity with the movement.
(Hint: Jimmy Baker and Kelly Greco are two who LIKE the Sumo Stance)
