In the first photo Sarah has just received a power clean. In the second photo she is dipping for her split jerk. In both instances her weight is centered in her feet, her torso is upright and her elbows are forward of the bar (she’s so good she can even receive the clean in her hand versus just her finger tips).

We’ve had some great single leg squat (aka “pistol”) work the past three weeks. Today not only could you add weight, but a pause in the bottom.
Kim looked quite comfortable with both the weight and the pause.
