WOD Tours is an Australian Travel Company that provides access to world's best CrossFit athletes and coaches.

As part of their Higher Learning tour, they will be stopping by CrossFit Santa Cruz Central and benefit from the teachings of "the original nasty girl" Annie Sakamoto. It's not everyday you get to be coached by someone with a Benchmark WOD named after them.
