Today we did one of Crossfit's "hero" workouts, "DT". Crossfit has always been good at acknowledging heroes and inspirational people in our community. While watching Elana finish "DT" at the prescribed weight today, I was really inspired by her. She battled out the workout, one rep at a time, for 26 minutes, and never gave up. She has been working relentlessly on her health and fitness for 3 years now, and her dedication is admirable to say the least. Great work today, Elana. And everyday.
