Get Up Stand Up

Nothing like a 10k row (and a little extra work) between friends...

 

Workout:

Using one rower, teams of three row as many meters as they can in 40 minute.  Non-rowing teammates are completing set tasks every 1000 m, before rowing the next 1k.  The 1k tasks are as follows:
(0-1k) 100 med-ball partner sit ups, (1k-2k) 90 ball slams and 90 push ups, (2k-3k) 60 dumbell step up presses (15/25 #DB) and 180 double unders, (3k-4k) 90 med-ball sit ups, (4k-5k) 75 ball slams and 75 push ups, (4k-5k) 45 step up presses and 150 double unders, (5k-6k) 80 med-ball sit ups, (6k-7k) 60 ball slams and 60 push ups, (7k-8k) 30 step up presses and 120 double unders, (9k-10k) 70 med ball sit ups.  The task reps can be shared evenly between teammates or however they wish to divide them.
