A Few Good MoMENts


With a partner complete four 4-minute rounds with two minutes of rest between rounds.
Partners start each round by completing a buy-in of 10 cleans (95/155#) and 30 burpees.    Teammates must alternate each rep of the cleans, one on the barbell at a time, each completing five reps. The burpees can be done at any time, while their partner is performing a clean or at the same time, dividing them how they please.  Using one rowing machine, row for meters for the remainder of the four minutes after finishing the buy-in.  The score is the total meters rowed for each round.
