Some great post-workout shots over the years, here's another one to add to the collection from the Sunday crew.
4 minutes - As many reps as possible of: Wall balls (14/20), kettle bell swings (35/53), push ups, and jumping pull ups. Your score for each round is the fewest number of reps completed of any of the four movements (ideally you will complete an equal number of reps for all four) broken up however you like. Two minutes rest between rounds.
Cookie: Set up two rowers 10 meters apart. For two minutes, alternate rowing 3 calories on each rower, sprinting back and forth between them. The score is the combined number of calories rowed on both machines.
