Notice how fast Kelly's elbows come around the bar and how high they are in the bottom of her squat. This helps to keep her torso really upright which in turn helps get her out of the squat with ease.
In this next video Connor shows great extension. Many of us are guilty of shorting the extension in an effort to get under the bar quickly. Here you can see that at full extension Connor's torso isn't just vertical, but he's actually slightly laid back.
