Workout: 

Teams of two - five rounds:

Back squat a set number of total pounds between both partners, their choice of weight on the bar. Then run 200 meters with a medicine ball as a team, allowing the med ball to advance only through the air by throwing it to each other. Then 30 med ball partner sit ups and 30 wall balls, alternating each rep.  Each round the total weight back squatted and the med ball weight increases as follows: Rd. 1- BS (300/400#) MB (4/6#), Rd. 2- (600/800) (8/10), Rd. 3-(900/1200) (12/14), Rd.4- (1200/1600) (14/20), Rd. 5- (1500/2000) (20/30).
