That's right, the date is set! Start talking it up and find your team!
Part 1 - Split the class into two teams. Every person on both teams completes a max effort of the following four movements: Wall balls (14/20#), KBSs (35/53#), knees to elbows, and weighted sled push (180/270#) for distance. The max effort attempts must be unbroken and the moment the athlete stops moving the attempt is complete. Sufficient time is given between movements to recover. The number of reps and distances completed are averaged for each team, for instance one team might have an average of 40 wall balls/per person. For additional motivation, the number of reps your team completes will dictate the number of reps the opposing team will need to complete in the second half of the workout.
Part 2 - After a five minute rest, each member of one team will complete the other teams's avg. number of reps for each movement, established during the max efforts, for time. If they have to break up any movement they must complete a penalty of three burpees or a 75 meter row before continuing. If one member of a team finishes all of their reps before another teammate, they may help them finish their reps. The score is the time it takes for the entire team to finish all of their reps.
