Some action from todays workout. First is new member Adrian. Adrian doesn't appear to have any issues reaching all the positions in Crossfit. She also has some very good coordination for a newbie, a lot of potential in this one!
Next is Kari, who always seems to be moving smoothly, going through her medball clean / wall balls.
Lastly, one fit college dude, making easy work of 165#. Nice footwork to watch here.
