Even in the bench press, a lift that seems so simple and obvious, it is crucial to set up in the right position in order for the lift to go as you want it to. Feet flat, shoulder blades retracted, bar path start point, focused, big breath, spotter right there. Frank looks like he has put himself in a good spot for success in this photo.
