2014 Open Mobility Clinic!

This photo is from a few weeks back of Doug in a nice front-rack position.  He realized this day that turning his hands out really allowed him to comfortably get more range in his wrist which helped to get his elbows up more.  Shout out to Flo for that tip!

Workout:

3 Rounds:
5 Bench Press (narrow grip)
Max Effort Toe To Bar
*score weight and toe to bar reps.  Go right into toe to bar after bench press

3 Rounds:
3 Rope Climbs
30 Wall Balls (14/20#)
15 Burpee Suicide (5 turn around spots, one burpee at first turn around, two at second and so on)
*20 minute cap
