We talked a bit today about a more direct way to keep the bar in a good position, other than saying "elbows up."  And that was to actually push the bar into your throat as you squat.  May be another way to say the same thing, trying to reach the end goal of keeping the bar back.  Here's Nancy doing just that during her front squats today.
