Workout:

Three rounds for time:
Create two teams.  each team member will be responsible for two bumper plates (25/45#) of equal weight, determined by what weight they will hang clean during the workout.  The teams start by transferring all team members as well as their weights 20 feet by pulling them on a weighted sled with a rope attached to the front.  They start with one person pulling the sled then as teammates have been transferred they can join in on the hauling.  Each member will then add their plates to a barbell and complete 10 hang cleans (83/135).  Once completed, they unload their barbells and waiter-carry each of their plates 20 feet, overhead lunge them another 20 feet, and finally complete 20 weighted sit ups holding one of the plates.  The rounds end when each team member has returned their weights to the original starting positions.
