Pesky Ox

Cover shot of the video is Carmen showing us a nice tight back with the shoulders just in front of the bar.  The video is of a man who's been in the game a long time, still strong as an ox knocking out muscle ups.  He does them almost in perfect unison with Sarah who's also really getting those pesky muscle ups down!
